Hi, this is the article/post where I  write about the hygiene of sleep because at this time of my writing the time is almost getting morning and I didn't sleep at all the reason behind ahahah .......

sleeping difficulty or insomnia in medical terms has been caused by money reasons, money literature had written about it and one of the causes of insomnia is unhygienic sleep. unhygienic sleep is one of the reasons why people have difficulty sleeping mostly in developed countries I will tell you why I said that. I have listed below the top causes, to improve your sleeping environment

1. avoid taking caffeine like coffee, or tea during sleeping time which has a stimulant effect on our brain

2. avoid watching television, computer, or any electronic device before going to sleep for at least 2 to 3 hours of sleeping rather research advice on reading books and listening to radio has shown better improvement in sleep

3. use only your bed for sleeping not for any other reason is good for sleep

4. avoid fighting, and nagging from any individual, and getting drinking alcohol  also helpful

    I am so tired, I will sleep for the next two until morning and I will write next with abroad description thank you for now for your reading.
