Hello, I am Dr. kirubel (medical doctor), I graduated from st pauls hospital millennium medical college which is one of the specialized hospitals and I worked as an intern for one year and 6 months in the hospital during my stay as an intern I faced one of the pandemics COVID 19 which give me a great experience what expected from the health care profession in a time when my country needs me. currently, I am a government employee in one of the country's primary hospitals which is located in the northern part of Ethiopia where I worked for a couple of years. In this hospital, I have seen different clinical seniors with infectious to non-communicable illnesses which are mostly similar to what I have seen in my internship clinical stay. One of the conditions which makes my employee difficult is the instability in my country; hence my country specifically the northern Ethiopian part is in a war for the last 3 to 4 years which makes my work difficult
