⁃ If you eat, don't forget to be in a place where there is fresh air
⁃ Separate eating and living areas (as odors can aggravate you)
⁃ Take a small amount of liquid between meals
⁃ Do not forget that your house is as clean as possible and absolutely odor free
⁃ Avoid deodorants, perfumes, and scented lotions
⁃ Eliminate noise in your home as much as possible
⁃ Your husband and family will contribute significantly to your health unlike any other time, so increase their provision
What your diet should be
- A little bit of food
- Cold
- Dry foods such as cereal, dry bread, and cookies
- not too spicy,
- Fried and fatty food is not recommended
- Not very sweet
- Drinking citrus and lemon-flavored drinks
- Drinking ginger tea
- Using candies with ginger tone
- Alcohol, coffee, and dark tea are never recommended
